She is equipped with the expert knowledge to guide and coach her agents in any specialty they wish to develop.

Vandana has earned the Ambassador Award 2010 from Exit Realty Nevada and was awarded one of the Top 25 Asian Practioners Award by Asian Real Estate Association of America. Additionally, Vandana earned 2007 and 2008 FIVE STAR Best in Client Satisfaction Award by Las Vegas Life Magazine. Furthermore, Vandana was name one of the Women Who Mean Business 2011 by Las Vegas Business Press Magazine.

Vandana and her office are members of the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS® (GLVAR), the Nevada Association of REALTORS® (NVAR), the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, and the Latin Chamber of Commerce. Vandana sits on the GLVAR Grievance Committee and is the 2011 and 2012 Secretary with the Women's Council of REALTORS® (WCR). She is also a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), Las Vegas Chapter National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) and is the Secretary of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA). She is also a member of Five Star FORCE, GLVAR's Commercial Alliance, a FOUNDING member of Women Impacting Real Estate Solutions (WiRES) and a member of National Association of Short Sale Professionals (NASSPro).

Vandana believes that being a REALTOR® is about more than professional associations, she believes that REALTORS® should be involved in the communities where they work. Vandana helps the community by educating homeowners about the HOPE for Homeowners program and donating to Habitat for Humanity. To date EXIT Realty has donated over $2 Million to the charity and built more than 10 Habitat Homes.
